  Wasn't impressed with this garage. Went in to simply have one tyre replaced due to a slow puncture. They replaced the tyre without issue, but claimed that another tyre also had a slow puncture. To put it bluntly, this was a lie, and I knew it was a lie, since I check my tyre pressure fairly regularly, so know which tyres hold their pressure and which don't. Obviously I told the guy I didn't want the second tyre replaced, since it was a blatant attempt to do unnecessary work, and thus squeeze more money out of me. By the way that tyre (that they claimed had a slow puncture), is still going strong to this day, which proves beyond doubt everything said above. Another albeit more minor complaint, was that they claimed to only have the expensive version of the tyre I needed in stock, with the regular priced tyre needing to be "ordered in". Obviously they know full well that tyres are usually an unplanned fix, and few will opt to sit with the problem for extra days just to save £10-15. Although I agreed to buy the expensive tyre (due to time constraints), it's a very obvious tactic to get extra money out of customers. To summaries, I do not recommend this garage at all. They clearly tried to rip me off by adding unnecessary work, and the only part they had available that day was markedly expensive compared to the market average. If they're playing such games over a simple tyre change, who knows what stunt they pull for bigger jobs like MOT's and services. Suffice it to say, these cowboys just lost business from me and my relatives forever.
